About PennyBook: Private Budget

PennyBook: Private Budget is a personal expense and budget tracking app for iPhone. It helps you record income and spending, set budgets, and review trends on your device.

PennyBook: Private Budget is not a bank, broker, lender, or financial advisor. The app does not provide investment advice, credit decisions, or bank account synchronization.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must comply with applicable laws when using PennyBook: Private Budget. You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial information you enter.

You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or misuse PennyBook: Private Budget in ways that violate Apple's App Store terms or applicable law.

No account required

PennyBook: Private Budget works without creating an account with us. Your records are stored locally on your device unless you export them.

PennyBook Pro purchases

PennyBook Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase sold through Apple's App Store (product ID: com.codemxm.pennybook.pro.lifetime). Pricing is shown in the app before purchase.

All payment processing, refunds, and purchase restoration are handled by Apple according to Apple's terms. Use "Restore Purchases" in PennyBook: Private Budget settings if you reinstall on a new device.

PennyBook Pro is a lifetime unlock for the features described at the time of purchase on the paywall—not a subscription.

Your data and backups

You control the data you enter in PennyBook: Private Budget. We recommend keeping your own exported backups if losing your device would affect you.

PennyBook: Private Budget is provided local-first. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, accidental deletion, or failure to maintain backups you export.

Disclaimer of warranties

PennyBook: Private Budget is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Budget calculations and summaries depend on the information you enter—we do not guarantee financial outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeMXM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PennyBook: Private Budget, including decisions you make based on app summaries.

Changes to PennyBook: Private Budget and these Terms

We may update PennyBook: Private Budget and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
